We leverage natural gas, biomethane, stranded and fugitive methane feedstocks...
...which go through an energy efficient, low-temperature process...
...producing clean hydrogen fuels for carbon neutral power systems—anytime, anywhere...
...with solid graphite coproduced from sequestered carbon in the process.

kg CO₂e/kg
Lifecycle GHG Emissions of Hydrogen (kg CO2e/kg H2)
Preliminary calculations based on current engineering plans and expected production yields. Commercial-scale results may vary. Net CI calculation is displacement based, calculated with offsets from graphite coproducts (-16.7 kg CO2e/kg H2) per DOE & GREET guidance for treatment of coproducts of methane pyrolysis. CI without coproduct offsets is mass-based (1.96 kg CO2e/kg H2). Assumes Ohio or Pennsylvania project with natural gas feedstock.
Pact offers a practical, near-term solution to meet the power and sustainability demands of AI infrastructure, all while making
the grid greener.
By coproducing large volumes of graphite, Pact also helps secure a domestic supply of critical materials used in batteries, electrodes, and
clean technologies, displacing carbon-intensive imports from abroad. The technology also pairs with advanced anaerobic digestion systems to convert plentiful organic waste streams to clean energy while removing carbon from the atmosphere.
Pact is partnering with companies in graphite-intensive industries including those that make EAF electrodes, batteries, and concrete additives. Looking for high-purity graphite? Let's talk.
