Inline decarbonization of natural gas enables hydrogen-based power to scale

Pact Catalytic Methane Cracking is the first solution that enables clean hydrogen to operate at the scale needed for data centers and heavy industry.

The continuous-flow process produces hydrogen just-in-time at point of use, which solves many of the storage and transportation challenges of traditional hydrogen technologies. The system integrates seamlessly with Endeavour's TurboCell Power System for data centers.

This proprietary technology, developed over more
than a decade, provides a much-needed zero-carbon dispatchable power solution that can achieve price
parity with conventional fossil fuels.

Preliminary calculations based on current engineering plans and expected production yields. Commercial-scale results may vary. Net CI calculation is displacement based, calculated with offsets from graphite coproducts (-16.7 kg CO2e/kg H2) per DOE & GREET guidance for treatment of coproducts of methane pyrolysis. CI without coproduct offsets is mass-based (1.96 kg CO2e/kg H2). Assumes Ohio or Pennsylvania project with natural gas feedstock.

Pact offers a practical, near-term solution to meet the power and sustainability demands of AI infrastructure, all while making
the grid greener.

By coproducing large volumes of graphite, Pact also helps secure a domestic supply of critical materials used in batteries, electrodes, and
clean technologies, displacing carbon-intensive imports from abroad. The technology also pairs with advanced anaerobic digestion systems to convert plentiful organic waste streams to clean energy while removing carbon from the atmosphere.

Beyond neutral

Pact's low temperature catalytic pyrolysis is a breakthrough climate solution with benefits far beyond conventional electrolysis-based hydrogen production.
